我崽长期便秘，7.7日用开塞露通便后有鸡油状带血丝的块块排出，想咨询张医生出现这个情况怎么处理？以及遵医嘱更换为氨基酸奶粉后还是便秘怎么处理的问题？并不是对张医生的医疗服务不满，只是因为平台时间限制的原因，未得到回复。
