一直华西口腔医院黄医生处挂号治疗，最近一次治疗是6.29日，预约下次就诊在8.24号。最近这一个星期又开始牙齿有痛的感觉，这次开的药膏与以往都不同，以前是红色这次为黄色的。药膏的效果没有以前红色的好，想请问黄医生这种情况是否是病情反复，有关系嘛。
